Employability is the potential of an (educated) individual to be put on a task in real life situations with the confidence that he / she can be expected to deliver to expectations. It is an amalgam of knowledge, intelligence, maturity, integrity, entrepreneurship, ethical, focus and goal orientation, an innate for achievement, a positive ego and self esteem, appetite for risk, a never say die attitude, empathy, social skills, ownership of outcome…
