Refund / Return policy

Our refund / returns option is available for 10 days including day of purchase. To process your request for return, we require a receipt of payment for the purchase. Academic support, digital books, consulting, tutoring and mentoring are intellectual products, intangible and hence, once sold are deemed as used and cannot be returned. Any request for refund of the payment made for intellectual / intangible products should carry a convincing reason and subject to a considered analysis of the case and discussion between buyer and seller.
